By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web portals, sub-brands, and divisions of Tilak Infotech ("WISE"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. • Conglomerate Integrity: These terms govern all services, solutions, products, and applications offered by Tilak Infotech and its 15 sub-brands (including KÔRA Softwares, KÔRA Cipher, Zoltrex Arena, Papr, etc.). • Age Limitations: By engaging with our systems, you verify that you possess the statutory legal capacity to form binding covenants under applicable law. • Rejection of Terms: If you do not accept these corporate terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing all portals, domains, and properties under our administration.

All design systems, animations, databases, source codes, logos, trademarks, and informational catalogs rendered across our digital environments are the exclusive property of Tilak Infotech: • Copyright Protection: The structural visual style, "Cinematic Utility" elements, and digital assets are fully protected by national and international copyright, patent, and trademark rules. • Limited License: We grant you a restricted, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for educational, information research, and business collaboration explorations. • Prohibited Actions: You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, frame, scraping-harvest, or repurpose any catalog data, service lists, or 3D visual engines without our prior, written, signed corporate authorization.

To ensure an inclusive, high-performance, and secure experience for all clients, you agree to the following guidelines: • Veracity of Data: Any details supplied via advisory forms, contact modules, or partnership application sheets must be authentic, valid, and accurate. • System Safety: You are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass site security layers, inject malicious code (viruses, Trojans), or overload server bandwidth. • Forbidden Actions: Engaging in spamming, automated scraping, or unauthorized access to backend administration ports (API directories, sub-routes) is an actionable legal violation.

WISE provides its platforms, portfolios, and division directories on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline: • No Warranty: We make no warranty that our services will remain perfectly uninterrupted, completely error-free, or fully synchronized across all web browsers and systems at all times. • Liability Ceiling: In no event shall Tilak Infotech, its founder Tilak Kumar, its operations managers, or partners (such as HarVa Groups and Bhoomi Media Network) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Local Contingencies: In jurisdictions where liability limits are restricted by law, our corporate liability is restricted to the maximum extent legally permissible under local guidelines.

These corporate terms of service and any disputes arising from them are governed by Indian law: • Regional Jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka, India serves as the primary governing legal district for all administrative contracts and operational engagements. • Exclusive Forum: Any legal disputes, court actions, or arbitration proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Severability: If any clause of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
